Just so you know, the driver you sent to us was fabulous. His name is Jim Elston. He was on-time, hard-working, creative and skilled. Not one item was broken and both the load-in crew and the unload crew were great.

In July, I was involved in an accident on an off-ramp of Interstate 15. My mother and young son were also in the car with me. Your van operator Mike Harris came upon the accident scene almost immediately and parked his truck behind all the vehicles involved. His truck protected us from any vehicles exiting the freeway too quickly. Mike checked on all of the people involved in the accident and called 911. He kept everyone calm until help arrived. He very easily could have pulled around the accident scene and continued on with his business. He was like our “knight in shining armor.” I cannot express my gratitude enough. It is nice to know there are still people out there who are willing to stop and help a stranger in need.

To start with—Rick, Richard C. and whoever else we spoke with on the phone, all were extremely courteous and helpful—thank you all.

The three young men who packed us, the ones who loaded us and the ones who delivered our furniture, all were very hard working, efficient, happy in their job and courteous. And, we can not say enough about Michael Curran, the driver. He certainly had everything under control. A very valuable member of your team.

We are also satisfied with the young man who delivered our car. He kept in touch with us. We knew exactly when he would deliver our car.

I was very much impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge, his attention to detail, and his sense of pride in his work. Richard and his driver were very deliberate in their attention to the task at hand and worked very diligently until all was complete. A JEWEL in your crown so to say.

The consignee for this shipment was my daughter who had in the last 15 years moved some 15 times, and she too agreed with me that when they arrived at her Arizona address she was as impressed as I. It is not very often in todays world that people who provide a service are civil, let alone prideful in their tasks and Richard and his helper proved that there is still some very hard working and respectful people left in this world.
